Currently in charge of creating, deploying, and assigning E-learning material to over 1200 employees of Boston Children's Health Physicians Pediatrics group. Responsible for creating videos, logos, and graphic design of all interactive and educational materials for the medical group. In charge of administrative duties and maintenance of the learning management system called Health Stream to assign e-learning modules and to generate completion reports. Responsible for creating mockups and testing of MS Power applications. Responsible for usability testing and analysis of client interactions with deployed applications using Google SEO tools. Responsible for user Persona research and testing and creation of UX interfaces and Mockups created in Adobe XD and Figma.

Senior Learning Specialist/Graphic Designer
Employed as a Senior Learning Specialist and UX Designer developing and implementing E-Learning solutions for the Care Mount Learning Services Department. My duties include creating and authoring interactive videos and E-Learning courses for the medical group and other staff. I'm also responsible for creating internal graphic assets using the Adobe suite of programs. I'm well versed in using Adobe Captivate 2017 in conjunction with HTML 5, CSS, MySQL, and JavaScript programming to deploy E-learning modules to train current and future staff at Care Mount Medical. Also, responsible for maintaining and updating the learning simulations using a relational database connected to a learning management system (LMS). Responsible for user Persona research and testing and creation of UX interfaces and Mockups created in Adobe XD.

'Responsible for the training of all hospital staff using the Epic EMR applications. Specifically focusing on the Epic Cogito Reporting Workbench 100 and the HIM module that is targeted for high-needs users in a hospital environment. Training includes the ability to run various reports and applications for each individual department. Using the HIM module training in the release of patient information to various entities like insurance companies and law offices.

E-learning Analyst/ Credential Trainer at Montefiore Health Care IT
Create and design all E-learning assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to be loaded and author in Adobe Captivate. compatibility and support.
Develop and modified over 200 different e-learning courses to train over 2200 Inpatient and Outpatient hospital staff members at Montefiore Hospital Group.
Responsible for implementing and developing an online exam system for testing hospital staff using Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 for authoring and deployment in conjunction with an LMS.
Develop/implement curriculum design structure in an LMS, resulting in improved user experience and increased user adoption.
